I’m Afraid.

Hesitation, when it comes to self-expression, needs to be examined… I’ve realized as of late, that I say, “Im afraid…” a lot.

  • I’m afraid I will…
  • I’m afraid I won’t…
  • I’m afraid not…
  • I’m afraid so…
  • I’m afraid I can…
  • I’m afraid I can’t…

And so on, and so forth. It’s a thing I say without thought. My new goal is to say very little without thought. My intentions are carried in my words, and my intention is not to be afraid. Are you afraid? What are you afraid of? Does it serve you?
